Russia attacked the city of Kharkovin northwestern Ukraine, in retaliation for last Saturday’s Ukrainian bombing of the Russian city of Belgorodthat he left at least 24 dead and more than a hundred wounded, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.

“In response to this terrorist act, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation attacked decision-making centers and military facilities in the city of Khrushchev,” the ministry said in a statement published on its Telegram channel.
